This man was caught trying to steal a car around 10:25am yesterday March 20th in front of Lozumba commercial complex area 10, Garki, Abuja, behind the popular UTC complex. The plaza security said he acted like he was answering a call while using a master key to unlock the car. They chased and caught him and beat him up.
