Ever Seen An Egg With a Tail Before? A Chicken Just Laid It

Strange occurrences are gradually becoming the order of the day,this time,the animals are leading in the trend.

 A 75-year-old Chinese poultry farmer Wang Yu,has found the most incredible egg among the eggs laid by his flock of chickens.



The strange egg with a 5cm appendage was laid by one of his highly prized hens which he had been anticipating for a while. Yu said, the other chickens had all laid an egg and he was waiting for this one to do same. And when she finally did after a longtime,he was relieved that nothing was wrong with her.

"When I went into the coop and found this weird tail I assumed someone was playing a joke on me. I've been farming chickens all my life and have never come across anything like this. My friend is a bit of an expert on chickens and he said the hen had most likely been shocked or surprised by something during the laying process." Yu said.

Funny enough, Yu said he would rather keep the egg as a souvenir for his grandchildren and great grandchildren to see since it is a lifetime experience.
