Nigerian Afro pop singer, Yemi Alade (a.k.a That Yoruba-Igbo girl) turned 26 yesterday.
Yemi Eberechi Alade, born March 13,1989, to a Yoruba father, James Alade, a former Commissioner of Police and an Igbo mother, Helen Uzoma, came into the limelight after winning the maiden edition of the Peak Talent Show in 2009.
The graduate of Geography from the University of Lagos,is today best known for her hit single "Johnny", which featured Alex Ekubo as the title character.
She dropped the music video of another of her track titled 'Temperature' off her debut album, "King of Queens" featuring DiL, to celebrate her 26th birthday.
