Kano State INEC Commisioner And Family Dies In A Fire Outbreak

The commissioner of Independent National Electoral Commission,INEC,in Kano state is dead.

Alhaji Abdullahi Minkalia died along with his wife and two daughters at a Kano hospital after sufffering from a severe burn from a serious fire that gutted his residence at the farm centre within Kano metropolis on Thursday night


Kano state Police Pubblic Relations Officer confirmed the incident, ASP Magaji Musa Magaji told correspondents that Alhaji Abdullahi and his family were rushed to the hospital  immediately but couldn't survive as they were confirmed dead this morning by the doctors.


The commissioner of police kano state told newsmen that the police have launced full investigation into the matter and promised to unravel the mystery behind the tragic incident.
