293 Girls That Were Rescued Are Indigenes of Bumsiri Village

Within the week, 293 people were rescued including girls and women from Sambisa forest. According to Borno State government, the 200 girls and 93 women are indigenes of Bumsiri
Village of Damboa Local Government.


The State Commmissioner of Information, Mohammed Bulama, made this known  on Tuesday and said that the rescued girls will be reunited with their families.


 According to the Defence Haedquarters, the women were found at Tokumbere camp, inside Sambisa Forest.


Lets hope and pray that one day Chibok girls will be found.
