Kelly Osbourne Spends $11,000 On Female Pomeranian Puppy

Kelly Osbourne has no problem dropping loads of cash on tiny Pooches around $27,000 worth.
According to TMZ, Kelly just shelled out about  $11,000  on a new 5.1 oz  female Pomeranian  puppy from Betty Teacup Yorkies - the dog dealer where  Paris Hilton gets her pocket-sized Pomeranians. The former "fashion Police" co-host is fully prepped. Betty told TMZ that Kelly already bought her new pup a few outfits and is paying a handler to fly the little one out of L.A. this week. Kelly first fell for the breed when she own a Pomeranian named Nancy for around $16k at a Paris Hilton fundraiser for MS research. After she took Nancy home, Kelly got the itch for another and contacted Bettty's  a few weeks later to get a sibling.
