TAO FM Bombed! Four People Killed

On Tuesday night at about 8pm, there was a bomb blast on TAO FM in Okene, which is the headquarters of Kogi Central Senatorial District. The incident killed four security personnel.


 The radio station broadcasts mainly in Ebira language which is the local language of the people in that area. The station is known for its radical stance on politics of the people of Ebira.


According to Kogi State Police Relation Officer, Shola Collins, who confirmed the incident said, that police detectives had already been mobilzed to the scene of the incident.
 The cause of the bombing is yet to be known.

 The Kogi state Police  have promised to get to the root of the case as investigation is currently on.
